Feasibility Study(F/S) Support

Since 2019, we have carried out feasibility study support projects for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to ease the initial project burden on our companies and identify and support high-quality overseas construction projects systematically.

Feasibility Study (F/S) Support Project

  • Qualifications: Overseas construction business according to the Overseas Construction Promotion Act

  • Target projects: Overseas infrastructure urban development projects where overseas construction companies participate in development, construction, and operation management as business owners (Article 2 of the Overseas Construction Promotion Act)

  • Form of support:

    Consulting
    • KIND selects the target project and signs a contract with a service provider
    • The final deliverables are provided to the project proposer
    • Support funds: up to KRW 1 billion
    • Cash contribution
      • - Large companies/Public institutions: 10%
      • - Small/Mid-sized companies: 5%
    Funding
    • KIND selects the target project
    • The project proposer directly contracts a third-party consultant and conducts the study
    • KIND reviews the deliverables and then reimburses the cost
    • Support funds: up to KRW 500 million
    • Cash contribution
      • - Large companies/Public institutions: 30%
      • - Mid-sized companies: 20%
      • - Small companies: 15%
  • Role :

    • - Selection of targets for support (preliminary and main feasibility studies, master plan establishment, etc.)
    • - Order, management, and supervision of manpower
    • - Management, follow-up development, and review for investment connection for completed projects

KIND supported feasibility study (F/S) for a total of 80 projects in 37 countries.
