The global infrastructure market is facing a great turning point.

Amid the challenges of rapid urban growth, the energy transition, and climate change,

nations worldwide seek partnerships that go beyond construction, with the expertise to structure projects and see them through to execution.

Today's projects demand expertise across the entire project lifecycle, from project development and identification to financial structuring and long-term operations.

At the heart of this transformation, Korea Overseas Infrastructure and Urban Development Corporation is shaping the future of sustainable infrastructure with global partners.

KIND is a dedicated PPP institution established by the Government of the Republic of Korea.

As both a developer and investor, we bridge public trust and private-sector expertise.

Since its establishment in 2018, KIND has committed approximately USD 2.5 billion across 92 projects in 25 countries, demonstrating proven execution capabilities on the global stage.

KIND's mission is clear.

To be a trusted development partner across the entire project lifecycle, bringing our partners' visions to life.

From the Kazakhstan Ring Road project to FLNG and CCPP Energy Center in the United States, the Facility E IWPP in Qatar, Motorways in Türkiye, and the Data Center in Indonesia.

Across critical infrastructure projects spanning the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, KIND continues to achieve remarkable results alongside its top-tier global partners.

These achievements demonstrate KIND's distinctive capabilities, built through extensive experience across diverse sectors, including roads, plants, energy, and urban development.

KIND takes the lead in identifying promising projects.

KIND identifies and shares project opportunities with top-tier global developers, while maintaining close networks with local governments and institutions through its overseas cooperation centers in key global hubs.

In addition, through feasibility study support and other development initiatives, we have established a pipeline of 65 prospective infrastructure projects spanning transportation, power generation, and urban development.

KIND designs optimal project structures in collaboration with a wide range of partners, including public institutions, private companies, and financial institutions.

In particular, KIND leads strategic negotiations with foreign governments and project stakeholders to create a strong foundation that enables its partners to invest and participate in development projects with confidence.

KIND’s participation strengthens project credibility, with the Korean Government as its largest shareholder.

KIND invests in overseas projects primarily through direct investment, with equity securities serving as its principal investment instrument, while also investing through policy funds such as the GIF and PIS Funds.

Overseas investment and development projects do not end with simple construction.

Infrastructures such as roads, power plants, and airports continue to operate over the long term, typically for 20 to 30 years after completion, generating stable revenue throughout the process.

KIND participates, directly or indirectly, in the operation and management of these infrastructure projects.

Through proven execution and trusted partnerships,

we turn your vision into real projects, and today’s opportunities into tomorrow's sustainable growth.

Your most trusted partner in the global PPP market.

Korea Overseas Infrastructure & Urban Development Corporation.

KIND.
